Chris Van Vliet joins WWE Superstar Karrion Kross for an incredible bicep and tricep workout in Orlando, FL. They focus on tricep dips, tricep extensions, dumbbell extensions and diamond pushups to work the tricep and then switch over to hammer curls, different variations of bicep curls and end with 21s to hit the biceps. It all adds up to one heck of a bodybuilding style arm workout!
